I know because I was there...
I remember not liking my own company. I made myself busy, so I wouldn't have to face the person I had become as I didn't like her. The reflection in the mirror seemed to be someone else and I really did not like looking in mirrors as I felt that wasn't me.
She was larger than I wanted, she was sadder than I wanted, she was extremely stressed, she was trying to please everyone and never looked deep into her own eyes nor deep into her own life. I felt lost and lonely even though there were many people around me. I knew something had to happen, during the following four years, I dived into much healing, physically, emotionally, spiritually, sexually.
